Concrete, Epoxy, And Paver Surface Considerations
Bare concrete contains pores that absorb oil, road salt, and automotive fluids. We inspect for cracks, spalling, weak edges, and previous sealers before cleaning, then adjust pressure and detergent strength to avoid removing the cement surface.
Epoxy floors resist absorption but can lose gloss from abrasive pads, harsh solvents, or excessive heat. We use a mild cleaner, soft agitation, and controlled rinsing, paying close attention to seams, flakes, and areas where the coating has lifted.
Paver garage aprons and entry areas require additional care because joint sand can wash out. We use a wider spray pattern and lower pressure near joints, walls, trim, landscaping, lighting, and stored items. Our technicians protect adjacent property and inspect corners and transitions during the final walkthrough.
